Apologetic Post, God

God Saying ‘We’ or ‘Us’ in the Scripture does not mean Trinity

God’s Saying: “We” or Us” in the Scripture Prove God is One in Three Persons?

In the Name of Allah Most Gracious Most Beneficent
Christian Concept:The Trinity is a biblical concept. We see evidence of it from Genesis to Revelation. Genesis 1:26 “God said let US make man in OUR image.….” Who was God talking to? Surely not the angels, for they are not created in the image of God nor do they create. John 1 gives us the answer. En archa an o Logos, kai o logos an pros ton Theon, kai Theos an o Logos. In the most ancient of times (The beginning) was the Word (Jesus) and the Word was with THE God, and the Word was God. John goes on to tell us that All things were created through him and nothing that exist came to be with out him. So we see in Genesis the Son is creating by speaking the Word and the Father is present in the process. Of course we must see the Holy Spirit is also there present observing the creation process. One God in three persons.

This is a very earthly and narrow understanding as usual, I had answered this confusion brought up by Christians, many times!
God is King of King and Lord of lords
It is a King’s Addressing to use “We, Us” etc
Bible does not say anything about the creation of Angels!
For example: When Queen Elizabeth II says: “Let us Give Independence to Scotland, or “We will give A referendum for Scotland” it does not mean that there are more than one head of the State and Queen in Britain who share her power and glory. David Cameroon also said: “We will accept refugees to the UK”. When David Cameron said; “We”, it does not mean that he and Queen are equal in glory and power and are one forever. It is a Royal Addressing of the Subjects or a Royal Affirmation!
Quran also use “We” in God’s Addressing in the Kingdom of God.

So it also does not mean that , those British Citizens share Equal Glory and power with Queen, When Queen Represent as Head of her Kingdom and the others are part of her Majesty’s Kingdom!

Genesis 1:26 [NIV] Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

Comments: Genesis writes the Word “We and Us” to indicate “Gods’s Royal Decree” as God is the King of Kings.

if God  has ever been triunion, then  in Genesis 1:27 it would have been written as “God Created Man in “Their Own Image” Corresponding to the Titles “We and Us” for trinuion!

See Original Verse ,Genesis 1:27 So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.

It did not say (Genesis 1:27): So God Created Man in their Own Image, but His Own Image! which clearly gives us the insight that, God saying “We  and Us” is the Addressing of the “KIng of Kings” to His Creations!
If “We and Us ” in the Books denote Trinity, then rest of the verse should also use “They (Triunion) ” instead of Saying “His Image”, rather should say “Their Image”

Further Points:

1- Jesus Christ (Peace be upon him) did not teach Trinity!.

When he was asked about the greatest (laws) of the commandment, he just repeated this commandment as it is written in the Torah.

Mark 12:29-30 “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’

If there is a Trinity in God’s Eternal Nature, then Christ (Peace be upon him) would have taught it to his disciples.

John 15:15  I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.

So it is blasphemy for us to believe in something that is not taught by Christ or Prophets

2- The Entire congregations of the Prophets did not teach Trinity.

If God had a nature of Permanent existence as three persons, then The Prophets would have taught it clearly!. But there is  no record of God Existing in three persons!. God Even Revealed the laws on the very minor earthly matters. And you claim God omit a thing, that you claim is central part of Salvation and God’s Existence as Immortal and Attributes?

3- Disciples did not teach Trinity nor established a Practice of Worshiping Christ as God!

Nowhere in the New Testament we see disciples or their followers worshiped Jesus as God!. If God Exist as three persons, then disciples would have revealed it in the Epistles!, and there would have been evidence of Worship of Jesus as God!. But there is no such incidents in the Bible.

1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,

James 2:19 You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that–and shudder.

In the most crucial time, Barnabas and Paul commanding People to Worship God Alone, not Jesus!, See

Acts 14:15 “Friends, why are you doing this? We too are only human, like you. We are bringing you good news, telling you to turn from these worthless things to the living God, who made the heavens and the earth and the sea and everything in them.

The Only God is Immortal and Invisible:

1 Timothy 1:17 All honor and glory to God forever and ever! He is the eternal King, the unseen one who never dies; he alone is God. Amen. (NLT)

1 Timothy 6:16 Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

Jesus Christ was visible to both followers and sinners, he had all human nature, and since God’s Spirit Dwell in him, he shown the Godliness. Anyone who has the Spirit of Holiness will have godliness (Rabbaniyyah See Quran 3:79)

According to Christians, Christ died on the cross, But According to the Bible Only God is Immortal and Invisible. Mortals cannot be God!, but they only attain nearness to God and when God Pleased with them, God’s Light and Truth Dwells in them!

Christians argue that Jesus rose up from the dead on the third day!.

But this does not make anyone gods! Because everyone will come back to life during the resurrection day! (Judgement Day)

Christians put counter arguments by saying: That’s about Judgement, and Christ rose up from the dead on the third day!

But this is very illogical argument because:
Because Christ by the Power of Spirit had given life to the dead even after years after they decayed!, So are they too gods?

Even today there are many clinically  proven records that dead rose up from the grave days after they were pronounced “dead” by doctors and buried!

See News:

Man bounces back to life after three days in morgue, Read more at: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/09/man-bounces-back-to-life-after-three-days-in-morgue/

Cancer victim ‘came back to life’ in her grave
Visitors to a cemetery in Greece claim they heard a woman shouting from inside her coffin and dug her up, only for her to die for a second time
So we can see that merely believing in a story that says a person came back to life after dead, does  not make him god!
In such cases we have “cat god”, girl god and many many (false) gods!

4- The Holy Spirit did not Teach Trinity Either!

According to the New Testament, Advocate Suppose to teach Everything (John 16:7-9. John 14:26). But Holy Spirit did not teach this either!

If there is a trinity, then when holy spirit came on disciples , they would have worship Holy Spirit. But there is no “worship of Holy Spirit” in the New Testament. According to the Trinitarian Christians “holy spirit” is also called “God”. So they should worship Holy Spirit. We cannot find in the Christian Churches, they are claiming they worship Holy Spirit.

If Holy Spirit is God With Christ and Father, then rejecting to worship Holy Spirit is slandering Holy Spirit within the Christian spectrum. And it is an Eternal Sin ,unforgivable in all ages!. So next time when you go to Church ask: “We worshiped Jesus last Sunday, why don’t we worship Holy Spirit this Week?”, And Why do not we worship “Father the week after Next Week”?.

Holy Spirit remain in Churches as a “Concept”. Not given same importance or greater importance than Christ. But Christ gave supreme importance to the Advocate!

See John 16:7 But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.

If Jesus Christ is God in Trinity, who share glory and power equally with the Father and the Holy Spirit, then it is not a wise act from Holy Spirit to take Jesus to the wilderness to be tempted by Devil, as James 1:13 says, God cannot be tempted by evil!

How come the Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding forgotten Jesus is God, if he is God in flesh? We can see the false doctrines of Christianity is exposed here!

So, if Christ was the Almighty God in flesh, and if the fallen Angel (Satan) knew that he is really God then there is no need Satan to tempt Christ to worship him.

James 1:13 When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone;

But God the Holy Spirit took God the son to be Tempted and yet there is only one God?, wasn’t God the Holy Spirit not aware that God the Holy Spirit was taking God the son to be tested by Devil?. Wake up Christians!

Matthew 4:1  Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil

James 2:19 You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that–and shudder.

5: Christ never claimed he is God or Equal to God!
Christ’s greatest glory is becoming a high priest of God’s Way (Imam) for the Children of Israel. See Hebrews 5:5

Mark 10:18 “Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good–except God alone. (Also see Luke 18:19)

John 14:28 for the Father is greater than I.

Christian Theologians quotes John 10:30 and Philippians 2:6 to prove Jesus is god!.But this verses are not interpreted according to the full context of the scriptures.

Lets see:

John 10:30 I and the Father are one.”

But those who quote John 10:30 omit John 10:29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand.

God is Greater than all, and Christ (Peace be upon him) doing the Will of God and Fully in Submission to God. This is the meaning of “I and Father are one”

See John 14:10 Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work.

Philippians 2:6 Who, existing in the form of God, did not consider equality with God something to cling to,

So, if God’s Spirit Leads in a Prophet, and that make the prophet a deity, then, all the disciples and their followers must be worshipped as deity!

See, According to the Bible God Dwells in all Believers:

1 Corinthians 3:16 Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?

Romans 8:9 You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ.

John 14:20 On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.

Christ and God is one in “FanaFillah” the Spiritual Nearness, it does not mean anything else!. if it means something else, then the followers are also deities as God Dwells in Christ and Christ dwells in his disciples.

John 5:30 By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who sent me.

John 8:28 So Jesus said, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he and that I do nothing on my own but speak just what the Father has taught me.

Some people quote John 8:28 to say this verse is speaking about Christ being lifted up on the Cross!. It is not so!

Because: See John 8:29 The one who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what pleases him.”

John 17:3 Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.

Christ with such perfect Faith and unfailing Love of God, then who is this guy saying: “O God Why you have forsaken me?”
It cannot be Christ, who is God of Trinitarians, Who is Always in God the God is in him and the he is in his disciples!

Matthew 27:46 “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?” which means, “My God, My God, why have you forsaken Me?”

We can understand that, It was not Christ who was Crucified by Pagans, but someone else (Judas) who was deprived of Faith and Mercy of God!

Wake up and seek real heavenly wisdom and understanding!
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds
